4. Shipping Costs

We will not intentionally add undisclosed shipping charges after an order has been confirmed.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or your order details page, depending on the shipping partner and available tracking facilities.

7. International Shipping

Currently, Sandip Mart primarily serves customers within India. International shipping is not available unless specifically enabled and confirmed by us.

If international delivery becomes available, applicable shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and delivery conditions will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
